The Main House boasts a central living room with on one side a view of the stunning courtyard water feature and on the other side the pool area and a 450 ft expanse of white sand beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. A generous dining room for 12 guests and an outdoor gazebo seats 9 guests.
Extensive landscaped gardening has created one of the finest gardens on the island with beautiful white cedar trees and sea grapes.

Perfectly placed on six beachfront acres, the impressive Villa Palms estate is both dramatic in its setting and architectural facade, yet welcoming and comfortable for its guests. The grand Palladian style residence influenced by Oliver Messel, was built in 1999 and extensively renovated in 2011. Musha's five guest houses are designed in a charming tropical style. 

All Master suites boast magnificent four-poster beds and ensuite his - and her - bathrooms, and all of the houses are surrounded by mahogany, wrap-around decks. All have their own private beach. 

Highview

On the crest of Musha's highest hill sits Highview, ten thousand square feet of exceptional luxury and a commanding 360-degree view of Musha Island and its ten unihabited neighboring islands. 
There's a soaring pavilion, private sauna, 2 full kitchens and 2 grand master suites. 

Blue Point

Blue Point, perched on a rocky outcrop, is seconds' walk from its own private beach.
In addition to its 3,200 square feet of interior space (two master suites, an expensive living-dining room), it is encircled by a wide, shaded porch.

Pier House

Pier House, an artfully designed cottage (of 3,200 square feet!) whose front door opens onto a pier that runs straight to the endless ocean.
There are two spacious bedroom suites that share a large and luxurious living and dining room.

Palm Terrace

Palm Terrace is perfect for families, with its two master suites upstairs and additional bedrooms downstairs. 
A mahogany porch wraps the more-than-4,000 square foot house, and its spacious living room is stunning.

If you romantic island dream is better fulfilled by a thatched roof cottage, our Beach House has a living and bathroom without walls.
Only a charming little gate separates you from your private crescent-shaped beach, and nothing prevents you from bathing under the stars.

The Villa

Within the lush grounds of the Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica, Villa Manzu is a completely private sanctuary of its own. This eight-suite estate – at just over 30,000 square feet – sits on five acres in an isolated peninsula and offers plenty of room to spread out, from the two swimming pools and spa to the theater room and expansive bar/party room. The grounds are dotted with hammocks, chairs and restful areas, perfect for quiet moments taking in 180-degree sea views and watching monkeys cavort in the trees.

This is definitely not your typical private villa experience. The staff is highly trained as well as educated in the Costa Rica history and surroundings; who also serve as guides and entertainment for the guests, greatly enriching the experience. Each of Villa Manzu’s eight suites is a full suite.   The eight suites encompass 15 beds allocated as five king bed suites, a double queen suite, a double king suite, and a custom finished bunk room with 4 twins and 2 king beds.   All of the eight suites offer oversized televisions, a minibar with morning coffee service, walk-in closets with Costa Rican hardwood detailing,and full bathroom suites with tubs and showers finished in onyx, marble and custom tiling. All eight suites are equally generous in their spacious layout. 

Dining

Villa Manzu's executive chef will hand craft every exceptional meal during your stay. His masterful expertise is combined with a culinary creativity that results in varietal, organic, specialized and local gourmet cuisine. Special diets and detox plans are happily honored. He is happy to create menus that will be unique and distinctive each night of the stay, and he is equally enthusiastic about working with the guests to cater to their individual tastes.
