Newly built, contemporary Villa Sky is fantastically private. It’s all about the views at this villa! The entire front expanse of the house faces the ocean, and all communal areas and bedrooms open to visions of Salinas, Formentera, Cala des Jondal and Porroig. Totally fenced and gated, on two hectares of land, yet conveniently close to the center of town and beaches.

Gathering areas are concentrated around the expansive pool deck. Waterfalls and a mirror pool add to the sounds and feelings of tranquility. At night, fireplaces add warmth to the outdoor areas. The open plan living area opens through tall glass doors to the exterior areas, and there are comfortable indoor and outdoor living and dining areas for large groups. Adjacent to the living area is a formal dining table for 14 and the chef’s kitchen hosts another, more informal large eating table.  Of course there is a first class entertainment system and Wifi Internet connections, and the villa is fully air conditioned. Very modern and contemporary, the furnishings also focus on comfort.

The overlarge master bedroom sits in an adjacent building reached via wide marble stairs.  This suite hosts an en-suite bathroom with both stand-alone tub and rain shower, a king sized bed, seating areas, and a kitchenette as well as opening to an expansive and private ocean facing balcony. Villa Sky also offers four more spacious bedrooms in the main house, each with an en-suite bathroom and shower. One bedroom suite with a large en-suite bathroom can also be found in the guest house.

The Greek island of Santorini, a rugged yet charming island located in the southern Aegean Sea, just south of Greece’s mainland, captivates its visitors with its enchanting history and scenery. From the charming town square, a meandering cobblestone footpath winds upward, where guests encounter the hand-laid cobblestone courtyard of Mansion Kyani.  The three very private suites  interconnect via an outside stone staircase.

The ground floor offers an inviting infinity pool and volcanic rock sun deck, where guests can enjoy the views of Megalochori and the Aegean Sea beyond.  In the evening, accent lighting beautifully illuminates this outdoor space for guests to lounge in the outdoor seating area. Also located on the ground floor is a compact, yet fully equipped, kitchen as well as the grand master bedroom. This dome-ceilinged master bedroom is rustically decorated to provide a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, and enjoys an inviting tub in the en-suite bath. The second level also provides two additional bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

Drakothea villa is a charming, traditional Greek property overlooking Dragonissi Island and peaceful Lia Bay. Its design reflects the Mykonian country style, with its relaxed elegance and comfort. An impressive infinity lap pool features bare rock edges. Numerous plants, flowers and cacti surround this majestic estate. The villa includes an alfresco dining area, equipped with a barbecue-oven. It is ideal for entertaining while enjoying endless sea views.

The villa features beautiful antiques and unique accents in its attractive living areas. Textured white walls and hallways carved into stone are dramatic flourishes. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. Adjacent, the formal dining room is furnished in a chic but simple style. Sheer, white drapes flow gracefully to separate this room from the entrance. The relaxed sitting room, round and carved from stone, has many antique objects and art pieces, as well as a television and stereo concealed behind an antique wooden door.  A fireplace provides warmth. The living areas open to an expansive terrace and pergola shaped outdoor dining area.  There is an additional shower bathroom for guest use near the living areas.

Each of the main villa’s three bedrooms boasts a private balcony or terrace with stunning views as well as a fireplace. The Master suite pavilion opens to a private lanai. This master suite hosts a king sized bed, and its en-suite bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and both indoor and outdoor showers. The three additional bedroom suites each host a queen sized bed and en-suite bathrooms. Two of these bathrooms host jacuzzi tubs as well as showers and open to private gardens.  Each bedroom offers a flatscreen television, DVD stereo system and internet access.  Interiors are warm, with tropical woods gracing the floors, walls, and ceilings, and feature Asian designer touches. An abundance of light is ensured via numerous windows and glass doors, which also provide for seamless transitions from indoor to outdoor living spaces.

Brand new, family-friendly and with cutting edge design, Cielomar provides fantastic ocean views, top of the line amenities and easy access to resort facilities. Situated in the private residential sanctuary on Peninsula Papagayo, near the 13th hole of the Four Seasons award winning Arnold Palmer golf course, the villa’s positioning and layout make most of the views of the Pacific Ocean.

The villa was built into the side of the hill to ensure privacy; yet beaches, adventure tours, and resort amenities are all close by. More than 31 beaches on the Papagayo Peninsula are within a five minute drive from Cielomar. Two complimentary golf carts make access to the Prieta Beach Club and the Four Seasons almost effortless.

The large terrace on the main floor offers a black lava-stone infinity edged pool which gives the impression of spilling directly into the ocean.  The pool is 4 feet deep at the shallow end, ideal for children, and 10 feet deep at the opposite end. Outdoor living and dining areas dot the deck and a walk-out view terrace/bridge appears to float above. Retractable sails can be extended from either side of the view bridge to provide shade so outdoor living can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

With its contemporary bow-and-arrow design, lines between indoor and outdoor living blur at Cielomar, allowing for wonderful ocean views throughout. Dark, wooden floors and high ceilings complement the large open windows and sliding glass doors. Right angles are an exception and the house is unique in that most of its walls are curved.

Soothing tones and minimalist interiors provide a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The spacious living room offers cozy couches and chairs, as well as high-tech sound system to help guests unwind. The large wooden dining room table is nearby, with seating for 10 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances so guests, or a hired chef, can prepare a meal with ease. The lower floor of this villa offers a fitness room with a large variety of equipment as well as an entertainment/movie room with top-notch technology. An office is located on the upper floor.

The master bedroom is very spacious with its own additional office, walk-in closet and private sitting area. This master bedroom also has access to a private Zen garden on the lower level and an outdoor shower. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms on the upper level as well as three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the lower level. Each bedroom has individual climate control air-conditioning, fine European linens, black-out curtains and alarm clocks. All six bedrooms have ocean and sunset views and open to decks or terraces.

There are several towns within an hour drive. The closest full grocery store is about 45 minutes away in Coco beach, but groceries can be ordered online and delivered to the villa.  There are also smaller stores closer to the villa and dining venues at the nearby Four Seasons.

Located close to beaches and with state of the art amenities, guests can enjoy the best of two worlds at Cielomar: warm, tropical beaches and cool, luxurious living.
